Refund policy

We are committed to producing high quality natural products with our tallow. However, we know that when it comes to skincare there is no one size fits all, so if you are unsatisfied with you item or receive the wrong item by mistake we have a 30 day return/refund policy. 

This means you have until the end of 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. After 30 days refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. 

Unopened, undamaged items can be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange or if you have any questions, please contact solstice.naturalbeauty@gmail.com
