What inspired Solstice Tallow to be a natural tallow skincare company? We want a natural alternative for other skincare products that contain chemicals and artificial ingredients. Something safer for your skin, even sensitive skin. Tallow promotes healthy beauty, it's nourishing, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, pore reducing, good for complexion and treats eczema, dry skin, and other skin conditions. 

From Our Founder

I understand the struggle of dealing with eczema for years, especially during childhood when it can feel so isolating. It’s frustrating when nothing seems to work, and the products that are supposed to help can sometimes make things worse. I lived with the painful itching, and while my condition would often fade away for long stretches, it always returned with a vengeance. Many creams and oils didn’t provide the relief I hoped for, leaving me feeling defeated.

When I started exploring tallow balms, I was met with mixed results. Some homemade versions and store-bought brands were disappointing or even had unappealing smells. However, I decided to take matters into my own hands by rendering my own tallow. With years of experience in meat processing, I was confident in my ability to select high-quality fat.

The results have been transformative. Not only have I found relief from my eczema, but my skin now has a brighter, healthier glow. This journey has inspired me to create Solstice Tallow, and I hope to share this healing experience with others who are also searching for solutions.
