Why Solstice Tallow?

    Our tallow undergoes a meticulous slow rendering process in small batches, taking up to 12 hours. This careful method prevents it from reaching its smoke point, which can create an undesirable "beefy" odor. By opting for dry rendering, we not only preserve the rich, natural nutrients but also significantly extend its shelf life, as moisture can introduce harmful bacteria.
